The story of the Lost Boy Collection:

Several years ago, while hunting for Hobo paraphernalia on Ebay, I came across what was easily one of the most fascinating finds on the platform.

Some dude in Seattle had found a backpack that had been poorly stashed. Realizing that this bag was essentially someone’s home, he left it alone. After a week of it being unmoved, he figured it had been lost or forgotten about.

So he took the bag home and dug into it, curious as to see what hobos carry around with them. Aside from the (presumably) skanky-smelling clothes, he found a couple of novels, a collection of pictures of hobos hanging out and a journal containing the images for the Lost Boy collection.

In fact, that’s why this collection has that name – the young man to whom all this belonged to is lost to the bag. Could he have stashed it while blacked-out drunk and not be able to remember where he stashed it?
